Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure in Georgia or eligibility to obtain (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow, CFY)
- Experience with pediatric, school-based speech-language therapy strongly preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education compliance
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- High level of professionalism and motivation for student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually or in small groups
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other therapists to maximize progress
- Complete timely assessments, documentation, and IEP paperwork
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
- Utilize teletherapy resources when appropriate for student services
